KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and lead inclusive teams with diversity, equity and inclusion at the forefront

 

  • Lead full life cycle recruitment from sourcing through an accepted offer

 

  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives, while aligning with hiring managers on their specific needs

 

  • Manage and expand a performance and talent management strategy to drive business success while growing and developing team members.

 

  • Ensure you are always on the forefront of state and national legal and compliance requirements

 

  • Partner with marketing on internal communication, careers page, and amplifying employment brand message

 

  • Actively lead efforts in support of building company culture and reinforcing company values

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in talent including full life-cycle recruitment

 

  • Experience partnering with business leaders across a variety of functional areas and business units and provide coaching

 

  • Self-directed and self-motivated and love having an open canvas and see it as opportunity

 

  • Excellent communications – written and verbal.

 

  • High accountability and results-oriented

 

  • Based locally in the Indianapolis area. We work in a hybrid environment so are looking for someone with interest to come into our office for important company events, in-person interviews, new hire onboarding and company meetings but we have great flexibility in how we work beyond that. All of this is based on the future beyond this time during the pandemic.
