Job Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for spearheading, developing and driving the company’s ongoing digital marketing efforts as well as continually enlarging Elevate’s digital brand and footprint across its various funds and programs. The Digital Marketing Manager should have a deep understanding of the functional use and accompanied analytics across a variety of platforms including, but not limited to: Google (website and ad specific), WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Salesforce/Pardot, Sigstr.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS

Assuring the organization is in the strongest possible position to proactively increase its marketing effectiveness, influence, and likelihood that it can accomplish both its mission and move closer to realizing the organization’s vision. To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform in a satisfactory manner the functions listed below.
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage and own the distribution calendar for all digital marketing efforts including website, drip campaigns, google ads, social media, and terminus.
  • Deploy all digital marketing communications and monitor campaign performance/budgets across all marketing platforms; identify ways to adjust and pivot if needed
  • Monitor and analyze digital data and key marketing metrics to draw key recommendations and track success such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and relevant KPIs
  • Support content creation for all digital marketing efforts and all digital design items
  • Proactively develop and support a strategic vision for future uses of digital marketing and email automation within the organization.
  • Work with the VP of Marketing and the Marketing and Communications Manager to continuously test and improve campaign creative, copy, and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization
  • Coordinate with VP of Marketing & Communications to create and run proactive drip campaigns for specific Elevate programs and initiatives.
  • Own the segmentation and subscription of constituents and become a Salesforce power user.
  • Serve as backup to the Marketing and Communications Manager
  • Other projects as needed on an ad-hoc basis

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or business
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word/Excel/PPT
  • Previous use of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Previous use of Salesforce and Pardot a plus
  • Full understanding of all social media platforms
  • Knowledge of content management systems
