Elevate Ventures has promoted Jacob Schpok to chief entrepreneurship officer and Erica Schweyer to chief marketing officer. Schpok most recently was vice president of entrepreneurial services and served as the state director of the Indiana Small Business Development Center. Schweyer was most recently vice president of marketing and communications and holds a bachelor’s degree from Manchester College and an MBA from Indiana Tech.
