Principal
As Principal, Garret is focused on building out Elevate’s post-investment support structure as well as driving active portfolio reinvestment and later-stage investing. He spent over a decade building Greenleaf, a multi-state healthy fast-casual restaurant chain that is now innovating in the CPG space. He also spent the last 5 years in software-focused private equity, leading deal sourcing and LOI-stage company diligence. At Terminus Capital Partners, Garret worked with two large family offices based in Texas (Trilogy and Perot Investments), completing 24 acquisitions and deploying nearly $300m of equity.
Garret has two young kids with his wife Laura and lives in the Meridian Kessler area where he was born & raised. After spending a decade in Portland, OR before returning to Indy to be closer to family, Garret enjoys hiking, camping, and Willamette Valley wine.
