Job Description

The Enterprise Marketing Specialist plays an integral role in a variety of marketing projects that support inbound and outbound demand for Lumavate, build brand awareness, and improve the effectiveness of the sales process. The Enterprise Marketing Specialist is expected to be a hands-on marketing generalist that is able to contribute to projects in the following areas: account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, content marketing, SEO, website management, social media and events.

A successful Enterprise Marketing Specialist hits all assigned project deadlines, can juggle multiple projects at one time, writes compelling and effective copy for a variety of channels, contributes creative ideas on a regular basis, and helps the Sales and Marketing Team hit their monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Write creative and compelling content for a variety of channels

 

  • Co-manage the Lumavate blog including the monthly content calendar, content structure, analytics, and more

 

  • Co-manage all Lumavate social media channels including the content calendar, posting schedule, analytics, and more

 

  • Assist in the management of the Lumavate website including content creation, website structure, SEO, and overall user experience

 

  • Engage in the development of ABM campaigns

 

  • Partner with the Senior Designer to bring content to life visually across a variety of mediums such as infographics, eBooks, videos, and more

 

  • Translate product functionality into compelling messaging and sales resources

 

  • When events come back, help execute in-person marketing experiences

 

  • Ensure the Lumavate brand standards are upheld in all marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) including the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into effective messaging for marketers

 

  • Obsessive over details, meeting deadlines, and hitting goals

 

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced, rapid change environment

 

  • Strong desire to learn

 

  • Good time management with strong organizational skills

 

  • Superior professional presence and business acumen

 

  • Previous experience in Adobe Creative Suite and WordPress preferred

 

  • Bachelor degree in marketing, general business, or a related field
