Business Start-up/Preplanning
This workshop is a valuable first step in starting a business. Every successful business is built on a solid foundation, and this session covers cornerstone issues of market, management, and money. We also introduce business-planning techniques, discuss how to estimate expenses and develop sales forecasts, explore funding options, and introduce helpful information resources.
