Kristin Eilenberg

Kristin is the Vice President of Life Sciences and Healthcare and leads a portfolio of investments in companies that are developing therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices, digital health, and healthcare technologies. 

Throughout her career, she has advocated, influenced, and implemented the use of new business models and technologies to increase access to products and solutions to improve patient outcomes. She is a recognized idea angel, explorer, and evangelist for breakthrough innovation and new media in the life sciences and healthcare industries. Ms. Eilenberg also has a proven record of creating and leading lean organizations focused on efficiency and profitability.

Ms. Eilenberg’s foundational knowledge of clinical development in complex highly regulated industries was developed during her tenure in manufacturing, R&D, and innovation groups at Parke Davis and Eli Lilly & Company. She has led projects and discussions with organizations like the World Health Organization (WHO), International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA), PhRMA, and the Indiana State government.  Ms. Eilenberg has also coordinated with diverse stakeholder groups and drafted paragraphs that were included in the legislation for the Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the 21st Century Cares Act.

Ms. Eilenberg speaks at conferences and events about venture capital and innovation, has authored several scientific publications, and has her International Masters of Business Administration from Purdue University and a double Bachelors of Science in Medical Microbiology and Environmental Science & Management from Michigan State University.
