Emali Grose

Emali is our Platform Administrator. She is a graduate of Ball State with a degree in Entrepreneurial Management. Emali was actively involved in her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta. She has held positions as the Director of Merchandising and VP of Event Planning. Emali also participates in sand volleyball, as it is one of her favorite sports. She joined Elevate full-time after serving as our Data Analyst and Events Marketing Intern.

I hold a strong conviction in the transformative potential of servant leadership, dedicated to uplifting others through impactful initiatives. My role at Elevate provides me with a platform to enact this belief, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity. At heart, I am a people person. Witnessing the spark of enthusiasm in others fuels my own passion. If my efforts can contribute even in the slightest to nurturing and sustaining that passion, I consider it both a privilege and a duty to do so.
