Marie is the Talent Manager, Elevate+ at Elevate Ventures. In this role, Marie strategically drives talent initiatives to support the success of our diverse portfolio companies. Marie graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Interpersonal Relations. Over the last decade, she has refined her Talent Acquisition and Human Resources skills, supporting recruitment for rapid-growth startups as well as enterprise organizations. Marie has collaborated closely with business leaders to expand and manage teams across diverse industries.
In her free time, Marie enjoys trying new restaurants, cheering on the Pacers, and volunteering for animal shelters and rescues in and around Indy.
