Andie Hines-Lagemann

As Director of Engagement and EQ Practitioner at Elevate, Andie is responsible for ongoing support and cultivation of the startup ecosystem and ensuring all stakeholders have a front door to learn more about Elevate, our events, and programs and how they can help to make Indiana the Innovation Capital of the World.

Andie is a scientifically trained Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She’s coached hundreds of people on topics such as coping with stress, preventing burnout, overcoming imposter syndrome, and leading with empathy. Andie works with Elevate portfolio companies in one-on-one and group settings to help them build healthy teams and sustainable organizations.

By recognizing emotional intelligence as a set of skills that can be cultivated and honed, irrespective of background, we empower ourselves to navigate the complexities of the entrepreneurial landscape. The interconnectedness of emotional intelligence with innovation illuminates the path toward entrepreneurial triumphs, collaborative ventures, and inclusive success stories.

Aside from her practice, Tidewater Coaching, Andie is on the Global Entrepreneurship Committee for the US Department of State and the Boards of Directors for The League for the Blind and Disabled. She is a 2020 Indiana Commission for Women Torchbearer Award winner for creating a network of nearly 700 women entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana. She is on the Steering Committee and Economic Security Sub-Committee for the Women’s Fund at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne and the Community Advisory Committee for the Garatoni School of Entrepreneurship at Ivy Tech Community College Fort Wayne & Warsaw.
