Chris Nilsen likes to say "it's cheaper to put a satellite into orbit than to test a thermocouple on a rocket here on Earth." His company, West Lafayette-based Pluto Aerospace, was built to change that. Pluto recently raised $2.5 million in a round led by FUSE, and Elevate Ventures invested alongside them.
