Healthcare CRM hc1.com collecting awards, growth and momentum

When we last wrote about hc1.com a year ago, the leading cloud-based healthcare relationship management software company was focused on explaining the value of healthcare CRM (customer relationship management) in a post-Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare marketplace. As the company that literally coined the phrase and invented the first healthcare relationship management platform, it’s a responsibility hc1 took seriously.
Because healthcare providers are increasingly paid on the quality of the experience and related outcomes, not the number of services performed, putting the patient-customer at the center of the healthcare service model (similar to Amazon) has become essential.
Well known brands like the Cleveland Clinic and Alere, as well as familiar Indianapolis customers MACL (Mid America Clinical Labs), ASC (American Senior Communities), Health and Hospital Corporation (HHC), and Eskenazi Health all rely on hc1 to help them deliver a “five-star service experience” to consumers, patients, and providers across the continuum of care. Over the past 12 months, hc1 has grown its customer base from 700 to more than 1000 customer sites with sales bookings up triple digits — approximately 118 percent YTD over 2015. hc1 has also grown from 75 employees a year ago to nearly 90 today.
What is driving hc1’s growth?

KLAS rated hc1 for its support of integration goals, overall product quality, ease of use and for quality of phone/web support.
KLAS arrives at its ratings working with thousands of healthcare executives from hospitals and clinics worldwide to provide an overview of vendor performance in the industry. Being singled out by KLAS is a high distinction that carries weight with decision makers in healthcare.
The KLAS honor is the most recent, but it’s the tip of the iceberg for hc1 accolades. Most notably, the company was recognized for excellence by both Frost & Sullivan AND Gartner Research since we wrote about them last. It’s extremely rare for a scale-up company of hc1’s size and tenure to be included in not one, not two, but three separate national research findings all within a 12-month period.

The Gartner Hype Cycle placed hc1 in the same rare air alongside technology giants Google, Facebook, IBM, and others. The Frost & Sullivan award placed hc1 ahead of all others in its category.

The road ahead for hc1
This summer hc1 rolled out hc1 6.0, the latest version of its healthcare relationship management platform that offers even greater flexibility for customization within organizations.
For example, healthcare facilities have multiple teams of employees, each with its own priorities and ways of working, even though they all interact with the same patients. These differences often lead to teams using disparate tools and patient information being kept in separate, non-integrated systems.

The growth and expansion and new partnerships like the one with Experian Health explain hc1’s hiring spree. The company currently has 20 open jobs in cities nationwide with half a dozen in Indianapolis including key management positions Director of Sales, VP of Sales and VP of Engineering.
