As part of its continual effort to reduce the pain and stress involved in the contracting process, PactSafe has partnered with Contrib to launch eSignatures.comtoday to help everyday small businesses and consumers send and sign contracts on a free or pay-as-you-go basis. eSignatures.com’s registration-free process allows individuals to upload contracts, add signatures, and send contracts — all without the red tape and hassle of dealing with signing up for a service or downloading an app.

“Part of our mission at PactSafe is to make any type of electronic contracting process as simple and streamlined as possible,” said Brian Powers, CEO of PactSafe. “In partnering with Contrib to launch a premier site like eSignatures.com, businesses and consumers will now be able to instantly electronically sign documents in a completely hassle free manner.”

“We are excited to see eSignatures.com and PactSafe create and leverage digital technology to provide the most compelling eSignatures solution on the market,” said Chad Folkening, COO of Contrib.  “After Integrating the offering into our own VNOC platform and seeing it in action, we are impressed and look forward to helping businesses of all sizes streamline, manage and increase transaction flow and help shape the legal contract landscape.”

eSignatures.com will allow customers to sign their first contract for free, but will charge $1.00 per contract after the initial contract. It’s the first electronic signature solution that will have a pay-as-you-go model, allowing everyday consumers to pay for a premium resource at a cost that makes sense, without becoming bound to a long-term contract.
