Erica Schweyer is Elevate Ventures’ Chief of Staff, driving the implementation of the CEO’s vision. Collaborating closely with the CEO, she transforms goals into actionable plans. Her oversight spans the organization, guiding strategic initiatives and projects. Additionally, she serves as the Head of RALLY, the globe’s largest cross-sector innovation conference.
She has nearly 15 years of experience in leadership, operations, strategic planning, project management, marketing/communications, and events. Erica has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Manchester University (formally Manchester College) and an MBA from Indiana Tech.
She enjoys cycling, reading, wake surfing, and spending time with her husband and three kids in her spare time.
