Jay is the Director of Portfolio Success at Elevate Ventures. In this role, he will focus on ensuring all portfolio companies have access to the people and resources they need to be successful. Jay is a proud North Central High School and IU alum born in Indianapolis. Following his time at Indiana University (Go Hoosiers!), he embarked on a six-year adventure in Las Vegas, diving into the world of live production with David Copperfield.

In 2016, Jay moved home to Indianapolis to pursue a career in technology and people management at a behavioral marketing firm for six years. In his free time, you can find Jay on a bicycle, at a concert, playing basketball, or out on the golf course. He and his wife share a love for documentaries and raising their daughters. Together, they own a small Indianapolis-based business that enjoys giving back to the community.
