APL Expands Partner Consultant Team

CEO and Founder of Adjunct Professor Link (APL), Kathleen Gibson, is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Terp, APR, CFRE, CDP, has joined Adjunct Professor Link, Inc. (APL), as Chief Sales Officer. Mr. Terp’s primary responsibility is to build new partnerships with higher education institutions providing them with APL’s software resources for recruiting, managing and Teaching and Learning curriculum for faculty. Mr. Terp comes with a wealth of experience in higher education, strategic planning, and fundraising. Over the past decade, Mr. Terp played an instrumental role in the development and growth of Ivy Tech Community College while serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Terp understands first hand the benefits APL can bring to higher education institutions. APL’s software was piloted at Ivy Tech during his tenure and then rolled out across the enterprise this past spring. “With the enormous pressure on academic administrators to hire adjuncts in compliance with their accreditors’ standards, to support and train and their adjuncts, and to provide tools and resources for their busy chairs and directors to find qualified adjuncts, APL’s Software is a valuable, timely, and important solution.”
Julie Hulsey and Dave Hill also join APL as Partner Consultants to grow the company’s college and university partnerships. Mrs. Hulsey brings over ten years of higher education sales experience to APL. Most recently, Mrs. Hulsey worked in outside sales for Prentice Hall in their higher education division. During her time at Prentice she increased sales and facilitated product adoption. Mr. Hill joins APL following a successful career in higher education publishing with West Educational Publishing, F.A. Davis Company, and Prentice Hall/Pearson Education. During his educational publishing career, Mr. Hill was recognized multiple times as a Top Performer in the areas of sales, sales management, custom publishing, and custom media project management.
The Partner Consultant team’s goal is to help college and university administrators impact student success by assisting their efforts to hire the best, most qualified adjunct faculty members in a more cost effective and efficient manner.
