Today we are beyond proud to announce the close of our Series A funding round.

The $7.5 million round was led by Signal Peak Ventures (Salt Lake City) with participating and new investments from M25, Sopris Capital, Allos Ventures and Elevate Ventures. Funding will be used for ongoing product development and hiring.

Founded by former healthcare executive Amy Brown, Authenticx makes it possible for healthcare and insurance organizations to have a single source of truth that combines existing customer interactions across call center recorded calls, texts, chats, emails and more. Conversational data can be organized and structured through a customized dashboard and a multi-sensory user experience, creating powerful and immersive insights that inform business decisions.

“We were drawn to Authenticx because their leadership team clearly has the talent and experience to solve a meaningful problem in the market. Their traction has been phenomenal and their vision for the future of the business is inspiring. We’re very excited to partner with Amy and the whole Authenticx team as they revolutionize listening to the voice of the customer,” said Mckay Dunn, Partner at Signal Peak Ventures.

Some of the most prominent healthcare organizations across the country use Authenticx to increase their ability to listen to customers in an efficient and scalable way. The company has seen more than 10x growth since its launch in 2019.

To keep up with the increasing market demand for the product, Brown has promoted Michael Armstrong to CTO, where he will lead a team of engineers and product experts in technology that is disrupting and evolving the customer insights market. Additional hiring plans include Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, and Account Executives. To see available positions, visit beauthenticx.com/careers.

“Entrepreneurs take on a lot of risk. You pour your heart and soul into your product. This growth momentum tells us the risk was worth it,” said Amy Brown. “We are thrilled to put this new capital to work scaling out our team.”
