What does your site do?
Tenant Tracker simplifies Tenant Coordination for your commercial real estate projects. Tenant Tracker makes it easy to track deals, manage construction status and see detailed reports of the property. Tenant Tracker helps clients manage projects from LOI through Tenant opening for business. Tenant Tracker is helping teams get out of spreadsheets and into a robust, collaborative solution to ensure projects are delivered earlier.
Who are your customers?
Currently focused on Retail and Office Developers, Landlords and Owners, with Multi-Family coming soon.
What are the core benefits of using your site?
Tenant Tracker allows users to better track critical dates, minimize miscommunication and errors and deliver projects on time, if not early. From the top, Tenant Tracker can help drop revenue to the bottom line by decreasing delivery timelines and penalties and fees often incurred due to late delivery. Additionally, projects can now be viewed by anyone at anytime, allowing more transparency company-wide and providing ability to view dashboards and reports from many different angles. More data, better data and easily accessible data.
How’s business?
Business is good. We have just closed a seed round of funding are are able to ramp up both feature enhancements and new business. We are very excited for our growth prospects for the rest of 2017 and beyond.
What are your future plans?
Continuing to be laser focused on our niche while listening to our clients and accommodating their needs. We are excited about some new partners and features that we will be able to announce soon. As CRE Tech grows, we are seeking more of our industry friends integrate with to provide better full solutions for our customers. Part of why we love attending CRE Tech is to discuss these opportunities in person.
